The bowl of rice topped with boiled chicken and eggs - 親子丼 - Oyako Don

This is an easy Japanese food that is called "Oyako Don". We Japanese have a many kind of "Don" style ("some food on the rice" style), I think this is the most famous "Don" in Japan. Today I'm going to cook basic Oyako Don (the bowl of rice topped with boiled chicken and eggs).
Cooking for less than 30 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people
1 bunch of green onion
1 pound of chicken (Chicken is the best way to cook it.)
1 peace of baked fish cakes (Chikuwa)
1 block of fried Tofu (Abura-Age)
1 tbsp of dried seaweed
2 eggs
<sauce>
2 tbsp of dried Shi-take mushrooms
50 ml of water
1 tbsp of soup stock (Hondashi)
1 tbsp of Mirin
2 tsp of sugar
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 1/2 cups of white steamed rice
Directions
1. Prepare a white steamed rice with rice cooker.
2. Put Shi-take mushrooms into the water.
4. Put a meat into flat pot. Fried meat until it browned.
5. Put a vegetable into the pot. Fried them until the onion browned.
6. Make a sauce using the cup which use for Shi-take mushrooms. Don't throw away the water with Shi-take mushrooms.
7. Put the sauce into the pot. Wait for a while until it boiled.
8. Put the mixed egg into the pot. Heat them with low heat.
9. Use the lid until the egg get hard.
10. Put the steamed rice into a bowl. Then, put the stuff that you made into the bowl on the rice. And put a chopped seaweed on the top. Enjoy!
